AIHA GLS FALL MEETING - KSU Center
Hello GLS members, friends, and sponsors! It's that time of year where the smell of pumpkin spice and candy corn permeate the air, AND also time for our annual Fall meeting! Please join us on November 7th at the KSU Small Business Development Center (Room 402), located at 3333 Busbee Dr NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144.
Our morning topics will focus on exposures - both workplace and community - to known carcinogens that present different challenges for monitoring and research. Our afternoon will include live-streaming of the 2-hour AIHA Ethics Webinar for those who need to meet their ABIH requirement. Take a look at the agenda below! Additionally, this year's meeting will include multiple options of sponsorship levels for those interested in showing additional support for the Georgia Local Section (see below for more details).
Sponsorships
The Board has received inquiries regarding ways interested parties can enhance their support of the Local Section. As a result, we now have a new opportunity for supporting the Georgia Local Section Meetings – sponsorship of the breakfast, lunch and afternoon breaks! The sponsorship tiers are $100 for afternoon snack, $200 for breakfast, and $400 for lunch. A sponsor will be recognized with a sign at the food table and will be given time (up to 2 minutes, 5 minutes, and 10 minutes, respectively) to address the meeting attendees. This time can be used for demonstrating new equipment, discussing a recent success, etc. Please see the registration selection choices on the event registration page for more details.
